They could help us more by taking walcott and switch Lewandowski to us, and we'll give them Ramsey for Alaba... thumb me down all you want but i ai nt saying this cus
of the goal he scored, he's the type
of player we need, bro can
play over 5
positions qnd with the way our
players get
injured easily, Alaba will come
out handy add to that, he's world class so what else is remaining??
In the midfield, (including RWB & LWB) we have a whole bunch
of tweeners... none offer the full package, none make sense in our manager's current favourite formation, except for Sead on the left and Ox on the right, and all
of them have never shown any consistency for more than a heartbeat... Sead, who I'm including in this category because
of our present formation, looks like a positive addition, minus his occasional brain farts, but I would rather see what he could do in a back 4 before making my mind up... Ox, who has never
played better, which isn't saying much considering his largely underwhelming
play in previous seasons, seems to have found a home in this new formation; unfortunately, can we really expect this oft -
injured player to handle the taxing duties that come with said
position over the long haul, not to mention, it looks like he has no intention
of staying... Ramsey has relied on the empathy that stems from his gruesome injury years ago and the excitement that was generated a few years back when he finally seemed to put in altogether, but on the whole he has been a big disappointment (neither he nor the Ox have scored enough to warrant a regular spot)... Wiltshire should be put on a weekly contract then
played until he suffers his first injury, if and when that occurs he should be shipped -
out and no one should very be allowed to say his name on club grounds ever again... Elnehy & Coq are average
players who couldn't make any
of the top 7 teams currently in the EPL... both have showed some great energy on the pitch, but neither are top quality and no good team can afford to have that many average
players on their bench
playing the same
position, especially with Coq's injury history / discipline concerns and Elheny's headless chicken tendencies... as for Xhaka, his tenure here so far has been incredibly underwhelming... we know he has some skills to provide the long ball but his defensive work is piss poor and he gives the ball away too cheaply and far too often... finally, the enigma himself, Ozil, so much skill with his left foot but his presence has been more frustrating than uplifting... in many respects his failure has been directly related to the failure
of this club to provide him with the necessary
players up front, minus Sanchez
of course, and unless something drastic happens very soon his legacy will be largely a negative one (much like Wenger's)
Agreed all you Wenger bashers and
player knockers eat Ya heart
out instead
of always thinking you know best get behind Arsenal sure they are gonna have a bad day but look how many
players out and
players available having to
play out of position Would Chelsea, City United be where they are if half there team were
injured let's give Wenger some credit he never says when they lose it is because
of injuries get behind him and the team we will be up there CB
So we have the smallest squad in the PL, which makes us
play players injured or
out of position.
We can't beat hull at home, Leicester away Everton & spuds we are thrashed by city Chelsea Liverpool and an 8 - 2 at old Trafford Our
players are constantly
injured and our manager buys
players in the wrong areas or

am tired
of wenger.the man has got good skills, but somehow he fails to address basic issues in the team like buying a striker and a cdm in the last summer.at one time, arsenal had good squad but had a keeper who at times committed mistakes i.e almunia.then after ozil came and arsenal were first in december, all wenger had to do was buy a pacy striker with eye for goal.but wenger did nt so obviously and instead bought an
injured kallstrom.agreed ppl fans will keep saying managers shud hav
played this guy or that one and so.but in case
of wenger, its abt ignoring team issues t (to prove a point he can win without listening to critics and the fans which he never will), and then
playing players out of form,
out of position, and buying
players that do nt fit ur style like giroud!!
Chelsea alternate between a 4 33 and a 4 2 31, both equally as effective, Ramires can
play in the pivot, as a RM and on the wing and has done so for the last 2 season's giving Chelsea something different if Fabregas does not
play or should they desire a direct approach, Azpilicueta who is probably the league's best LB is not even a LB, Ivanovic is not a RB but a CB by trade, Fabregas has and does
play no. 10 on occasions for Chelsea, should any
of these
players get
injured they have a world class replacement waiting, the same can not be said
of Arsenal, we
play one way and our subs are usually like for like or like for
out of position.
I agree about Mustafi and the Cazorla link helped him
out and sometimes Granit does put the CBs under pressure because he can't find a forward pass or is too scared too, but facts are facts Mustafi made 1 start at the 2014 WC & 2 sub appearances making a total
of 132 minutes only in the group before he got
injured, I disagree he «helped» Germany win the WC as he simply didn't
play enough and didn't
play any knockout games so was only a squad
player who
played 1.5 games in total, he can
play well but tends to panick and finds himself
out of position ALL the time, he is a liability diving into tackles and trying to make interceptions he has no.
Last year he
played Wilshere on the right wing because we had to, all our right wingers were
injured but now we have Podolski, Campbell and OX who could all
play on the left but Wenger opts to
play another
player out of position.
(1) this squad has way too many moving parts and very few
of our
players are good enough at their preferred
position let alone relying on them in whatever
position Wenger and his magic eight ball decide in the tunnel prior to the game... when teams do this it generally signals issues within the club, much like Jose last year and Van Gael before him... no one gets settled, the chemistry is almost non-existent and if provides a built - in excuse when the team comes up short... these issues fall squarely on Wenger, both for his decisions regarding
players coming in and for his inability to rid the team
of those
players who aren't cutting it... in actually fact we have only 6 real starters on this current squad and that's being generous (Sanchez, Ozil, Lacazette, Sead, Kos & Cazorla)... which is discouraging because Cazorla is
injured and might never
play again, Sanchez is wanting
out and the club is lying to us about his injury status, Lacazette receives no service, Ozil is relatively disinterested
out there, Kos is getting up there and Sead is just trying to settle in... there isn't a single other
player that would start regularly on any
of the other top 3 teams, which should be the standard... imagine this team moving forward if Wenger only sells before the window closes
The problem Wenger has is that he failed to strengthen in the areas we were weak in and now we have a farcical situation
of players playing out of position and or getting
injured doing so..
Yes this is the beginning
of the end
of lè prof even the Akbs know its finally happening, we need a fighter someone like Diego simeone that guy can squeeze every single energy
out any
player rarely sits down always giving instructions to his
players on the touchline & moving up and down thats realy hilarious.we tired
of this bullsh*t 4th
position yearly trophy, loaning any
injured player (who da hell does dat),
playing underperfmng individuals,
playing a short lb as a cb huh?
