Other factors the judge will look at include looking at the effect
the injury had on the person's lifestyle.
The client's injuries should be relatively stable, so that the impact
the injury has on the person's life can be better understood.

I
would have to say, taking into account the number of
injuries you could
have worked
on personally and the likelyhood of them being Atheists and the likelyhood of you knowing this ahead of time that the

have not met one of them) I sort of think you are embellishing just a bit get your some point across that
has little substance to begin with.

Berrigan's complaint, in short, is that the reestablishment of a Jewish state (a justifiable goal)
has come at a tremendous cost in human suffering, armed violence and moral decay; that the course of the new state

injury, the spokesmen of and for the state claim for it a special virtue and glorious achievement which may not be criticized.

Man City
have been as erratic as a bipolar
person on a rollercoaster, Liverpool and the spuds
have seen their recent momentum stopped and Arsenal
have begun to suffer from the annual
injury crisis.
No we can't, because the very obvious deficiency was Arteta, and it
has been known for a long time that Arteta simply is not up to handling the DM position for extended periods
on his own, and that this is a position that we are very exposed
on, as Coq will not be able to attend every game, through suspension,
injury, or needing to be rested as was the case here — so WHY did Wenger not recruit for this position in the transfer window when plenty of
people, such as Schneiderlin,
had already expressed a preference to move to London.
why is it that
people keep going
on about
injuries as if we were the only team with injured players,
have a look at other teams they do not fare much better like the article states above, man city (kompany, nasri, silva..)
Walcott I feel should always
have a place in our squad, I think
people are being a bit harsh
on him as
injury has taken its toll, but a player with that speed is always dangerous.
No Wilshere is not a guaranteed started in the squad.its all about hardwork which will lead him to developing his full potential.he also should try to stay
injury free.he
would come god.Jack wilshere used to be so good at 19 years you could start him over Ozil or Cazorla and there
would be very little complaint. He was almost undroppable. He danced around players
had immense vision he
had energy and he
had talent.but if he was once able to do it then he can do it.Its funny how
people use stats to say we win very little when he is
on the pitch.then when he comes out and performs then they hide.Jack Wilshere will be a legendary player for sure.He needs to work hard.
But my second, and probably more correct reaction after I started to think what
people would be more likley to click
on, is that this whole
injury nonsense is without a doubt just a ruse to avoid
having to play against the Patriots in two weeks time.
Still
people bang
on about klopp... yet Arsene who competes in the worlds toughest league, against several hugely bankrolled teams, with the same
injury problems, with our players bought off like nothing Klopp
has ever faced from Bayern — still finishes top four year in year out and
has never languished at the bottom of the league.
I also feel we
would lose a lot
on the right if Walcott is still out, so for
people to be feeling sorry for Spurs because of their pathetic little
injury list seems a bit much to me.
The Walcott,, Diaby fiascos when he lied even to himself, since no sane
person could ever
have defended their
injury proneness and in Walcott's case, also lazy and timid efforts
on the pitch.
i am not too bothered by the manner we won today the most important thing is the 3 pts remember burnley beat liverpool not so long ago, also for the
people who thought the title was already lost after just a few games (which by the way was stupid to think) well not only man city got beaten but their team looked jaded / tired and even though they
have a very good squad they missed de bruyne terribly, it is not the same team without him they couldn, t create any chances which is good news, it can, t be good for a team to depend so much
on one player (we should know a thing or two about this) in case he gets injured hopefully we
have moved
on from this and can deal with
injuries to our players in case it happens to us, we
had our fair share and it is time for us and to watch other teams getting depleted, COYG.
@davidnz
has anyone ever told you are average? You are average and so is a lot of
people around here.Gabriel, Wilshere, Ramsey, Ox, Gibbs and Welbeck are not average players. The average players in Arsenal so far based
on their quality are: Debuchy (after
injury), Mertesacker (very average), Chambers (laughably terrible), Giroud (will forever be), Sanogo (a disgrace), Jenkinson (but can still fulfill potential) and Welbeck (awful)
We are
on the up in this regard and trust me this will make a huge difference next season,
people say it's just excuses mentioning
injuries but Chelsea and City
have had very few this season meanwhile Arsenal, Man United, and Liverpool
had plenty at the beginning but since all our
injuries have gone down we
have all risen to the top of the league.
People will still point to the
injury problems we
have got now, with seven players out of action, and say that they could
have been avoided if Wenger
had spent more money
on reinforcements in the summer.
i do often wonder when i see some called fans
on here being thrilled at other players
injuries from other teams
have we brought this curse upon ourselves.a lot of
people on here actually get off
on opposition players being injured, this is so unsporting you know, how sad it is that we arsenal fans
have stooped to such lows.
gibbs played well and deserves a higher rating so does holding apart his mistake that cost us a goal also i'm delighted for perez i
've noticed
on a technical level he is not what you
would called a typical arsenal player his first touch & control are not the best he tends to lose a ball a bit too much and needs at least 2 touches i could be wrong and may be it is because he is just back from
injury or he was a bit nervous
on his return, i know
people will say that it doesn't really matter as long as he scores the reason why we bought him and they could be wright anyway great win, performance and topping the group great, COYG!
Say what you like admin.Even Diaby upon doing nothing for several seasons was able to secure a move to Marseille which to me is a top team. Was it not last season that before he went to Bournemouth teams like Juventus and AS Roma were interested in him?He just needs a league which is not physical for the mean time.I mean any time he gets a run of games he begins to hit top forn and just when things are looking up things go down again. This
injury thing is a menace in our club.Look at the number of games Gnabry
has played. But I will urge him to leave Arsenal because all he needs to do is to remain
injury free. It's not rocket science. If Wilshere remains
injury free for just one season he'll be great. It's just like the Van Persie case.A lot of
people were frustrated with him and cllled him man of glass but I knew he just needed to be
injury free for one season. To me he's a better player than Ramsey though Ramsey is
on form.He also
has the ability to surpass Cazorla and be Arsenal's number one. He's also Arsenall thrugh and through.Arsenal
has to solve his
injury problems because he's shown that when he gets a run of games he can do it.
You must be deluded to think there won't be
injuries as
d season wears
on... A wise
person carefully prepares for the rainy days whole in
d summer.
WIth the the amount of time he's been out and the severity of his
injury, also taking in to account his age, he may never return to be the little midfield wizard we love, his style of play comes from his ability to be able to turn
on a six pence and weath in and out of
people like they are ghosts, to go from being told he will never be able to kick a ball again to doing all that
would be amazing but what are the chances.
now that nacho
has been replaced by gibbs he can, t be criticised, giroud is scoring so can, t say anything bad about him now so
people get
on ramsey, s back, give him a break he just came back from
injury the guy needs a few games to get or his sharpness, rythm... back even though he
has 2 assists in 2 games already compared to players like pogba, ibra it, s not bad!!
Joining a club of arsenal s stature
has its ups and downs. There is a requirement of how our players should perform when
on the pitch. The following is a list of players who were wrong to choose arsenal.Aaron ramsey - Even though he is the most favoured of all players at the club now.I cant help but think how it
would have gone for Him if he decided to search for other greener pastures. He was a clear talented footballer during his time at cardiff but he hasnt been raised with the discipline at arsenal. You can always see ramseys all round strengths but sadly Its not helping him or the club with his foward moving pleasurr. He is so Over used and its sometimes difficult for him to get used to the rythm of the game. With time you realise he gets low ib confidence and his engine gets wasted. He needed somebody who
would have managed him properly and with care and that
person is certainpy not wenger.You
would have been better off at Manu mate.Calum chambers - Came us a very talented player from southampton with raw talent. He was very good at first but wenger found a way to reduce his level of confidence. His inexperience was left exposed and wenger did nt do anything to resolve that problem and instead He looked for other talented players.Alex oxlade chamberlain - Another very talented player who needed only his skilled sharpened and his character modelled. That and he was ready to become a world beater. But wenger decided to let him run and run like a headless chicken causing him to be often injured and damaging his confidence.Who knows what
would have happened to him gad he decided to look for more greener pasture. He is surely a much better player than this.Theo walcott - Another player who was tipped to
have a very bright future.He
had it in him.But all he needed was an appropriate manager who
would nurture him with discipline and help him with his talent. But
on Coming to arsenal he was given Much more responsiblities putting more weight
on his shoulders
on top of that another player who was recklessly managed with his talent and never coming off age because his character wasnt properly shaped.Mesut ozil - Al right i agree he perfoms well just recently. But imagine all the legendary players he was often compared to during his time at real madrid.
On coming to arsenal he found no rotation often overused, suffered many
injuries and his confidence dwindled. It is pretty clear arsene does not take any responsibility for players. And when at arsenal you
have to be your own manager. You need not rely
on your manager otherwise you might continue being the same player for the next many years. That is why each and every player are what they are because of their own efforts and wenger
had nothing to do with it.Van persie was the same player for over 7 years untill he himself decided to change.Wenger only organises and prepares tge team while the rest is in your court. It is not what so many
people make it out to be.Thats why we need to pressure wenger more than our own players. They are their own self managers and wenger needs to take that responsibility
There were talks of a Director of Football and we could use a
person who
would address our diabolical wage structure which sees players like Debuchy
on 60k a week virtually impossible to get rid of, as well as cashing in
on average players after one good season like Ramsey, and
injury prone players like Wilshere.
How you keeping
ppl on active roster yet not playing DUE to
injury most of the year (ala Amerson) then cuz you did nt bring Borders up during the season, ripe for being signed away YET you kept some serious scrubs
on the roster which just kept getting torched every time they stepped the field &
have shown us their ceiling already (McDonald, Hamilton, etc)
As a long time fan, anyone who thinks we will buy a center - back or a DM is totally nuts... Come
on guys, u can do better than that because i believe you are smart
people... We
have carzola, wilshere, arteta, ramsey, rosicky, coquelin, chambo, ozil, chambers, flamini n of those carzola, arteta, flamini, wilshere, ramsey, coquelin, rosicky, chambers all can play holding MF position n of cos the manager expects our soon to be new signing diaby to be
injury free all season so that position is fully covered..
Not many
people gave Arsenal much of a chance of getting anything from our trip to Chelsea in the Premier League today, and that was before we heard the news that Mesut Ozil
had picked up a minor muscle
injury ahead of the game and that Alexis Sanchez
would only be
on the bench.
many papers claiming Vidal to Arsenal is done especialy La stampla from Chile, which broke news
on Alexis to Arsenal, damn if we get him,
people say where he will play, he can play everywhere, which is amazing, add his fighting mentality and quality, Cech and Vidal
would transform our team to world beaters, considering our
injury record this signing makes sense, but i still doubt we will sign him and for 21m LOL
It is not down to Arsenal just to buy a player... the selling club
has to a) want to sell b) agree a price and c) ensure they
have someone else to replace who they are selling Additionally because of FFP and Home - Grown rules it does nt make sense to buy all your players and then suddenly you could get 2 - 3 major
injuries and
have to buy someone else but then cant because you
have no monies or might
have to sell someone to be able to do so So many
people saying negative things and that we should just go and buy and yet at the same time why spend so much
on someone when we could
have got somebody else!
Time for some brutal honesty... this team, as it stands, is in no better position to compete next season than they were 12 months ago, minus the fact that some fans
have been easily snowed by the acquisition of Lacazette, the free transfer LB and the release of Sanogo... if you look at the facts carefully you will see a team that still
has far more questions than answers... to better show what I mean by this statement I will briefly discuss the current state of affairs
on a position - by - position basis... in goal we
have 4 potential candidates, but in reality we
have only 1 option with any real future and somehow he's the only one we
have actively tried to get rid of for years because he and his father were a little too involved
on social media and he got caught smoking (funny how
people still defend Wiltshire under the same and far worse circumstances)... you
would think we
would want to keep any goaltender that Juventus
had interest in, as they seem to
have a pretty good history when it comes to that position... as far as the defenders
on our current roster there are only a few individuals whom
have the skill and / or youth worthy of our time and / or investment, as such we should get rid of anyone who doesn't meet those simple requirements, which means we should get rid of DeBouchy, Gibbs, Gabriel, Mertz and loan out Chambers to see if last seasons foray with Middlesborough was an anomaly or a prediction of things to come... some fans
have lamented wildly about the return of Mertz to the starting lineup due to his FA Cup performance but these sort of pie in the sky meanderings are indicative of what's wrong with this club and it's wishy - washy fan - base... in addition to these moves the club should aggressively pursue the acquisition of dominant and mobile CB to stabilize an all too fragile defensive group that
has self - destructed
on numerous occasions over the past 5 seasons... moving forward and building
on our need to re-establish our once dominant presence throughout the middle of the park we need to target a CDM then do whatever it takes to get that player into the fold without any of the usual nickel and diming we
have become famous for (this kind of ruthless haggling
has cost us numerous special players and certainly can't help make the player in question feel good about the way their future potential employer feels about them)... in order for us to become dominant again we need to be strong up the middle again from Goalkeeper to CB to DM to ACM to striker, like we did in our most glorious years before and during Wenger's reign... with this in mind, if we want Ozil to be that dominant attacking midfielder we can't keep leaving him exposed to constant ridicule about his lack of defensive prowess and provide him with the proper players in the final third... he was never a good defensive player in Real or with the German National squad and they certainly didn't suffer as a result of his presence
on the pitch... as for the rest of the midfield the blame falls squarely in the hands of Wenger and Gazidis, the fact that Ramsey, Ox, Sanchez and even Ozil were allowed to regularly start when none of the aforementioned
had more than a year left under contract is criminal for a club of this size and financial might... the fact that we could find money for Walcott and Xhaka, who weren't even guaranteed starters, means that our whole business model needs a complete overhaul... for me it's time to get rid of some serious deadweight, even if it means selling them below what you believe their market value is just to simply right this ship and change the stagnant culture that currently exists... this means saying goodbye to Wiltshire, Elneny, Carzola, Walcott and Ramsey... everyone, minus Elneny,
have spent just as much time
on the training table as
on the field of play, which
would be manageable if they weren't so inconsistent from a performance standpoint (excluding Carzola, who is like the recent version of Rosicky — too bad, both will be deeply missed)... in their places we need to bring in some proven performers with no history of
injuries... up front, although I do like the possibilities that a player like Lacazette presents, the fact that we
had to wait so many years to acquire some true quality at the striker position falls once again squarely at the feet of Wenger... this issue highlights the ultimate scam being perpetrated by this club since the arrival of Kroenke: pretend your a small market club when it comes to making purchases but milk your fans like a big market club when it comes to ticket prices and merchandising... I believe the reason why Wenger hasn't pursued someone of Henry's quality, minus a fairly inexpensive RVP, was that he knew that they
would demand players of a similar ilk to be brought
on board and that wasn't possible when the business model was that of a «selling» club... does it really make sense that we could only make a cheeky bid for Suarez, or that we couldn't get Higuain over the line when he was being offered up for half the price he eventually went to Juve for, or that we
've only paid any interest to strikers who were clearly not going to press their current teams to let them go to Arsenal like Benzema or Cavani... just part of the facade that finally came crashing down when Sanchez finally called their bluff... the fact remains that no one wants to win more than Sanchez, including Wenger, and although I don't agree with everything that he
has done off the field, I
would much rather
have Alexis front and center than a manager who
has clearly bought into the Kroenke model in large part due to the fact that his enormous ego suggests that only he could accomplish great things without breaking the bank... unfortunately that isn't possible anymore as the game
has changed quite dramatically in the last 15 years, which
has left a largely complacent and complicit Wenger
on the outside looking in... so don't blame those players who demanded more and were left wanting... don't blame those fans who
have tried desperately to raise awareness for several years when cracks began to appear... place the blame at the feet of those who were well aware all along of the potential pitfalls of just such a plan but continued to follow it even when it was no longer a financial necessity, like it ever really was...
Small correction above:» All those
people who were ---» it should be wishing Giroud to be
on the bench or at best to
have an
injury ------ ``.
I am not even going to go that far with the likes of Guardiola, Simeone, Heynkess, Fergusson, (SAD WENGER USED TO BE
ON THIS LIST) watching the Chelskis game noticed Allardyce was making changes and bringing SUBS at the 58th minute (not 85) at least trying to change things against a team that was vastly superior, what WENGER does in these cases brings POLDI at the 85 minute and Campbell at
injury time... well except against LIVERFOOL when he did all the wrong changes... The man
has no ideas anymore, completely lost touch with reality and bringing still the World Cup (
people already forgot who won it) as an excuse proves it.
i was not surprised that england lost against iceland, even before the euros started i knew hodgson, s selection will come back to haunt him, he took players that were just back from long
injuries not match fit / sharp, also due to media pressure he selected players he shouldn, t
have (vardy, rashford) it undermined all the good work done during the qualifications, why
on earth just before the tournament
would hodgson change tactics, formations, players that served him so well even though it was an easy group they still managed to go unbeaten, i know
people laugh when wenger talks about cohesion, continuity....
Giroud — In form (just my opinion) Alexis — out of form (come
on, he needs time AND better striker) Cazorla — out of form (ask Wenger) Ramsey — out of form (
has to do with frustration coming from upfront, i guess) Wilshere — out of form (we
have been waiting so long, Wenger) Arteta — In form (I don't think he was bad as
people portray, but against top teams, then we get caught) Gibbs — out of form (the guy is very
injury prone) Debuchy — In form (concrete) Koscielny — In form (best defender, no doubt) Chambers — In form (my man) Szczesny — In form (most of the time, looks sharp)
But under Mauricio Pochettino he started the opening three Premier League games before being sidelined with
injury, he came back into the side
on Sunday against a front four of Eto'o, Barkley, Mirallas, Lukaku,
people, myself included, that Bentaleb
would be overrun against that line - up.
I did watch the match and there was a definite stoppage in added time, so I
've checked the minute by minute facts
on the Guardian and there was an
injury to Sigurdsson right
on the start of the added time, and If I was a petty
person I
'd say I
'd strengthened my argument but as you know I'm not like that and wasn't arguing in the first place was I?
People are blaming Jones but if the English team team doctors did notify Utd of what was going
on as the FA claims and there was no objection from Utd.Jones probably thought he
had the green light to play, he's a committed lad by the sounds of it no one thought the
injury was that serious.
«This was not a one - man work, it was everyone's and thanks to them that I am back
on field and can play because if
people knew the real
injury they
would be in shock that I was even playing.
