inspired things this week so thought it would be nice to share them with you all too.

The latest most - addicting kale salad since last
week is this simple one
inspired by Soul Veg, a vegan soul food restaurant in Atlanta (and other locations) that serves up the most craveable vegan mac n» cheese, bbq rib -
things (kalebone — i.e. seitan), and a simple salad with a dressing that will make you come back for more and more and more.
It was
inspired by my love of all
things Thai, but also by an over-zealous trip to the farmer's market this
week considering I am leaving town on Sunday.
So you have the responsibility to drink some Mexican (or Mexican -
inspired) beer this
week, and the great
thing is that whether you hit the corner store or Whole Foods, you know what you're looking for.
It's kinda the most amazing
thing I've eaten in the past few
weeks and I was totally

I have been working on my personal rules the last
week or so, realizing a couple of
things 1) The purpose of my blog is to
