I followed the recipe exactly except using 1 percent milk and plain
instant coffee, which
worked fine.
The survey asked participants questions relating to: cola drink,

Make sure to use
instant espresso powder (
instant coffee would
work in a pinch) to add the
coffee flavor to this.
I overcoffeed them (4 packets of
instant coffee from my
work break room - don't tell) but otherwise I would make them again and again.
This drink
works like
instant coffee and will give the taste of
coffee without the side effects.

instant coffee 1 tsp.
This is how I made the plan
work for me: the night before I'd take one of those reusable iced
coffee cups from Starbucks and I'd add a cup of milk, a scoop of Vanilla SF powder, a spoonful of
instant coffee and some water.
