The phrase
"instant variety" means having many different options or choices available to you immediately.

You'll need a can of Kraft Macaroni & Cheese cheese topping or two boxes of the most inexpensive
instant variety of macaroni & cheese — you know, the kind with the cheese powder.
Avoid the prepackaged flavored or
instant varieties since these are often loaded with added sugars and funky ingredients that can end up making you hungrier in a short amount of time.
Oatmeal with Cacao Nibs and Figs A sweet and crunchy combination, can be made with prepared steel - cut oats or the
easier instant variety and topped with cacao nibs and sliced figs.
It's filled with healthy, filling ingredients perfect to fuel little minds before school and will keep you full much longer than
