to the
soup (there wasn't any listed in the ingredients) and used french lentils
instead of beluga since that's what I had, but otherwise I made everything just as directed.
Another big difference is that creme fraiche contains more protein and less fat, so when you're

If you want
to cook the quinoa in the

add two additional cups of water or broth

soup because the quinoa will absorb it while it cooks.
