STORE fat instead of
burning it.
When you spend 30, 40 or even 50 minutes pounding away on the treadmill, you send your
body a powerful signal to start
storing fat instead of

The popular view that we should not eat after 6 pm is just another myth based on the false notion that your
body will not be
burning calories when you sleep (and that food will
