Could this recipe possibly be made into muffins

I've made it several times (I use a cake pan
instead of a loaf pan) and everyone adores it.
And I made them as muffins
instead of the loaf, which only needed to be cooked for about 30 mins.
And

Finally I make the batter into muffins

With that being said, I have updated the recipe to mix all the ingredients in a bowl
instead of the loaf pan because I've found my bread holds together better when it's been mixed in a bowl first.
