You can gauge the
interest in responsible investing simply from the increase in
shareholder proposals being filed about ESG issues and the exponential growth in the number of questions being asked by
institutional investors, researchers and clients - and as a CEO, I have to make trade offs that may not be in the best short term profit
interest of the Bank but are viewed in our best long term
interest.
