The literature about closed - ends is, I think, mind - boggling in terms of
the intellectual contortions scholars go through to defend the indefensible; why, if the OPMI market prices efficiently, should closed - ends sell at a discount, or even come into existence in the first place?

contortions if it showed any interest in exposing the
intellectual pitfalls of fanaticism and didn't revel in it's own zealotry by, for example, showing a rosary and a cross sinking to the bottom of the English Channel.
