Thanks for the info, I found 2 weeks ago, that I have a hard time of burning fats... versus carbs during training or maybe something else was going on (there was has been a change in my workouts from morning to evening too)... but I started eating 75g or so of carbs at night (with same training
intensity,, mostly aerobic with 2 days of «speed») the
following week my energy levels were back to normal... not sure I do so well in ketogenic state or perhaps I wasn't as balanced as I should have been (carb, protein, fat) or my body just isn't acclimitized to those things yet (ketosis)...
working on it though...
But this is not the end of the debate because other experts are of the opinion that exercising for short bursts of high
intensity followed by short bursts of low
intensity such as sprinting for a certain distance, and then gently jogging whist your heart slows down and then sprinting again, is a better way of exercising the heart simply because for a short period your heart has to
work a lot harder than it could for a sustained time such as 30 minutes.

work up to doing the
following program: 2 thirty to forty minute whole body strength training workouts weekly and 2 or 3 ten to twenty minute high
intensity fitness training workouts weekly.
Replacing steady state cardio with high -
intensity interval training — an intense training method using period of hard

work and decrease the rest Wouldn't basic old running be more fat burning 60 minutes of
