The A: Chris was instructed on behalf of the Claimant charterers and bill of lading holders in this unseaworthiness arbitration in which the tribunal issued

interim awards is unfortunately less straightforward.

[36] On the basis of the affidavit material before me, the evidence falls far short of establishing that the respondent has any need that would justify
an interim award of spousal support and accordingly, the application for interim spousal support is dismissed.
