All too often I see diet protocols preaching the importance of «three
meals and two
snacks per day,» or eating strategies like
intermittent fasting (restricting eating to one 8 - hour segment during the day,
and fasting the other 16 hours) claiming to be «the key» to losing weight or optimizing your health.
The program utilises daily
intermittent fasting with the 16:8 diet, allowing for 2 - 3 good sized, nourishing,
and satisfying
meals a day, with a fruit
snack built into the program.
If you experience hypoglycaemia, it's better to avoid
intermittent fasting (or any type of fasting)
and apart from 2 - 3 regular
