There's also some evidence regarding just doing a straight up
fast where you don't eat at all, but I find that to be more challenging for people because I rarely hear a patient that can do a strict like
water fast and do well with that because of the lack of calories, unless you're doing it something short term, like maybe a day here or there, or half a day, more of like an
intermittent fasting application, and that's certainly something that I think people could benefit from experimenting with is by going into these periods where they do brief
intermittent fasting.
If you are trying out an
intermittent fasting diet for the first time and aren't sure if you are able to handle the strict regimen, the Eat Stop Eat diet is a good way for you to dip your toes into the
water.
These
water holes that they were arriving to drink at, it was just clean non-chlorinated
water and they were eating twice a day, almost like this
intermittent fasting type of approach.
Either way, it doesn't hurt to consume more
water when your
intermittent fasting.

I eat healthy, use
intermittent fasting,
water and milk Kefir for probiotics, fermented vegetables, raw vegetables, I've replaced 3 main meals a week with green smoothies, I exercise, earth, use multiple supplements including Methlyfolate, Methylcobalamine, and Diindolymethane.
The best way to practice
intermittent fasting is to eat your last meal several hours before bedtime and drink
water and herbal tea with coconut oil, ghee, XCT oil, lemon, or essential oils while
fasting in the morning.

intermittent fasting before, then I will suggest you drink lots of
water and black coffee (without sugar nor milk) to suppress your appetite.
If that doesn't work and Bulletproof
intermittent fasting, where you only have Bulletproof coffee, no protein, no carbs in the morning, and that doesn't work, I would try a 24 to 48 hour
water fast and see what that does to just break through it.
