international home study services throughout the state of New York, from Syracuse, Rochester, Binghamton, Albany, Buffalo, and all cities in between.
All social workers have taken the State accredited SAFE training and have substantial experience with this process; qualified
international home study social workers have additional experience and have maintained ongoing adoption training hours.
