For the past 10 years I've had the opportunity to
interview a variety
of people and I am still
amazed at what they will discuss during an
interview.
But since you can never know what they want or what type
of person they want (you'd be
amazed at how different employers can be in what they think makes a good match), your best bet is to just breathe a deep sigh
of relief after you leave the
interview, congratulate yourself on doing the best you could, and then just get on with enjoying your life.
I have heard that dozens
of times from seasoned professionals that made one simple error: They mistook their
amazing charisma and
people skills for great
interview skills.
I'm constantly
amazed that this little idea to
