If you're not sure how many calories to eat, it might be a good idea to start counting your calories and entering
them into a calorie counter app.
If you put the ingredients
into a calorie counter app or website I'm sure you'd be able to get your answer:)
If you entered the brands you are using
into the calorie counter than go with that.
But beware that when I put all the ingredients
into a calorie counter, I get about 1200 calories for the total recipe, not 546 as is listed.
I also entered all of my ingredients
into a calorie counter and ended up with only @ 300 calories per serving, going very light on the cheese.

There are online
calorie counters I am sure you could input the ingredients
into and have it calculate it for you.
I sure don't, but you could pass it by your Doc or input it
into one of those
