to rule on the
issue of when New York should hold its party primaries, part of an ongoing Department of
Justice lawsuit
to force the state
into complying with the MOVE Act, which governs timely
access to military and overseas ballots.
In relation
to Scottish Speculative Agreements it is clear again from Lord Gill's Review that there is a significant
issue relating
to Access to Justice; this is discussed on pages 98 and 99 and para 107 «as far as
Access to Justice is concerned, speculative fee arrangements were said

Building a public understanding of the importance of legal health and the predictability of legal
issues throughout one's life will benefit individuals and will transform the
access to justice conversation
into an
issue relevant
to citizens, decision makers, and voters.
