My secret's out, I'm so not
into the gym (about a year ago I gave up my membership to spend my Equinox budget on shoes, oops #prioirties) but I am into crop tops so when the weather warms up, I ditch the donuts (and by ditch I mean scale down to 2 week instead of the usual 4ishhh) and switch soda for water.
And after way too many cookies I plan to finally get back
into the gym again in 2017 sporting these workout leggings.
In fact, sometimes a great new pair of sneakers is all the inspiration I need to get off the couch and
into the gym.
If you feel good about yourself going
into the gym or barre class, it will affect how much weight you think you can bench, miles you can jog, or reps you'll be able to complete.
