There were so many gorgeous pies shared by food bloggers all over the world today — I really want to get
into making pie crust art like everyone else!

into making pie crusts.

crust: — Mix together almond and cashew meal (or whatever you have) with a mix of honey and coconut oil (or you can just do one or the other or butter — I like the mix because then it's sweet but not too sweet) until it is a sticky dough consistency — Press

Anyway, I'm with you in thinking that homemade
crust is just as wonderful on a single serving as it would be on a
pie for an entire family or group.Your single person
pie crust is adorable — alternatively, I'll bet you could
make a full
pie crust, divide it
into 4 or 6 rounds and freeze all but 1 too.

pie shells (top and bottom) or individual tart shells (again 2 per
pie) you can also

Of course, I added my touch by adding maple syrup instead of white sugar, strawberries and turning it
into this incredibly gorgeous ice cream
