When the dough has chilled, take it out of the fridge and roll into 12 balls; then slightly flatten the balls to form discs that will
fit into mini muffin cups.
Cut the bacon in half and press
it into the mini muffin cups.
Drop 1 tablespoon of the batter
into each mini muffin cup, place 1 piece of hot dog in the center, and drop 1 teaspoon of batter over the hot dog.
