Can you bake
these into small cupcakes?
Honestly, making the mini «cheesecakes» take a lot more time because you have to individually press the crust
into these small cupcake liners, but I really like sharing them this way because they are so portable.

* If you can't find jumbo
cupcakes, you could always bake the
cupcake batter
into small waffle cones, or use regular - sized baked and cooled chocolate
cupcakes to place inside of the bowls.
Frost two
cupcakes into a tower to make the
small stump; put 1/3 cup frosting between each layer and also place a crumb coat on the cake.
After your
cupcakes have been cored, spoon a
small amount of pineapple topping (you can find this with the ice cream toppings)
into the center of each
cupcake, and then insert a maraschino cherry
into each hole.
Use a
small, serrated knife to cut a round hole
into the top of your
cupcake.
I used several
small bowls to dip the coconut - and sprinkle - covered

cupcake pan, roll the dough
into small balls and place in pan.

small piping bag (
small star tip) with the yuzu curd and pipe
