In class, we made pâte à choux (a light dough used for filled pastries like éclairs), and then at home I crafted
it into swan boats, with piped - in Jell - O instant pudding.

swan boats, catch the Boston Youth Symphony Orchestra, follow the freedom trail to Faneuil Hall, ride the carousel at the Rose Kennedy Greenway and grab something to eat the Boston Public Market.
