I am perfectly happy with the hummus and veggie flavors of this pizza, but if you want it to taste «cheesy» you could sprinkle on some nutritional yeast, or stir
it into the hummus before assembling.
For these Mediterranean Nachos I went with the Roasted Red Pepper flavor, making sure I stirred all the peppers
into the hummus before scooping them into the center of a plate of freshly baked pita chips.
