IANS: Climate change is causing toxic metals trapped in the sediment beds of the Hooghly estuary in the Indian Sunderbans to leach out
into the water system due to changes in ocean chemistry, say scientists, warning of potential human health hazards.

Due to the complex nature of the Colorado River
system, scientists were uncertain if the
water would reach the sea or if it would seep
into the ground before that.
* Bulk - forming laxatives (generally considered the safest) * Stimulants (cause rythmic intestinal muscle contractions) * Osmotics (good for people with idiopathic constipation) * Stool softeners (moisten the stool and prevent dehydration) * Lubricants (greasing the stool allowing it to pass easier) * Saline (draws
water into the colon for easier bowel movements) * Chloride channel activators (increase intestinal fluid and motility) * Serotonin agonists (helps the intestinal muscles work correctly when a slow moving digestive
system is
due to LOW levels of seratonin)
Due to the septic tank
system, non-organic waste will fill the septic tanks causing grey
water to flow
into the land and sea.
And if the pattern were to continue
into the future, one would expect
water vapour feedback in the climate
system to halve rather than double the temperature rise
due to increasing CO2.
The basic results of this climate model analysis are that: (1) it is increase in atmospheric CO2 (and the other minor non-condensing greenhouse gases) that control the greenhouse warming of the climate
system; (2)
water vapor and clouds are feedback effects that magnify the strength of the greenhouse effect
due to the non-condensing greenhouse gases by about a factor of three; (3) the large heat capacity of the ocean and the rate of heat transport
into the ocean sets the time scale for the climate
system to approach energy balance equilibrium.
