white wine 4 loaves ciabatta, cut
into 1 inch cubes 4 cloves garlic, chopped 1/2 cup sage leaves, coarsely chopped 6 eggs, lightly beaten 2 cups chicken stock 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 cups arborio rice 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 4 ounces prosciutto, cut
into strips or chunks 2 small yellow onions, chopped 1 cup
white wine 6 - 8 cups chicken stock (I used 6) 1 (15 ounce) can pure
pumpkin 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon cumin
In another bowl, mix together the
pumpkin, yogurt, milk, oil, extract, egg and egg
white, then pour this mixture
into the bowl with the dry ingredients.
First bag together and shake until very well blended: 2 cups Saco dry buttermilk powder 5 tablespoons baking powder 2 tablespoons baking soda 1/4 cups vanilla powder (commercial baking product) already mixed
into 1 1/4 cups sugar 3 tablespoons salt 1/4 cup barley malt powder OR 1/4 cup malted milk powder 1/2 cup cornmeal 1/2 cup oatmeal flour or ground oatmeal OPTIONAL 1 cup ground almonds, adds fiber and flavor OPTIONAL 2 tablespoons cinnamon, cardamon, mixed sweet spices or
pumpkin pie spice Then add, shake and mix well: 2 cups
White Whole Wheat flour or whole wheat pastry flour, 1/2 pound 1 1/2 cups buckwheat flour 1 cup corn flour (This helps tenderness - is hard to find - very very fine cornmeal) Finally, add and mix / shake well: 8 cups unbleached all purpose flour, 2 pounds
Begin by cutting a 1 pound
pumpkin in half (I used a 2 pound
pumpkin and used half of it for this recipe), then deseed it using a spoon, using a potato peeler peel off all the skin from the
pumpkin, making sure to also remove the
white parts left behind by the skin, cut the
pumpkin into small chunks that are about 1/2 inch by 1/2 inch in size, also finely mince 2 cloves of garlic and finely dice 1/2 of an onion

pumpkin -1 / 2 cup apple sauce -1 large apple, cored and chopped
into cubes
1 cup all - purpose flour 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed 1 1/2 teaspoons
pumpkin pie spice 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional) 1/2 cup (1 stick) light butter, cold and cut
into 8 pieces 1/2 cup cinnamon chips (or
white chocolate or butterscotch chips) 1/2 cup
pumpkin puree 1/2 cup buttermilk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Glaze — optional — see recipe below
Fold 1 1/2 cups whipped cream
into pumpkin mixture until combined and no streaks of
white remain.

into coconut - based cookies (eg, Coconut Macadamia Shortbread, Lemon Poppyseed Coconut Cream Cookies), cacao - based cookies (eg, Pecan Fudge Caramel Bites, Chocolate Thumbprint Cookies and Chocolate - Topped Crunchy Peanut Cookie Bars), nut - based cookies (eg, Hazelnut Sugar Cookies, Salted Ginger Chewies and Jungle Buckeyes), seed - based cookies (eg, Ayurvedic Sesame Treats,
Pumpkin Seed Spumoni), raw butter based cookies (eg, Raw Butter Snickerdoodles), Fruit - Based Cookies (eg, Wild Berry Jam Linzer Cookies) and Frostings (eg,
White and Dark Chocolate Frostings).

pumpkins — I love adding these fun little bits to an oversized bowl and tucking them
into obscure little corners.
I picked up some bags of plastic
pumpkins on sale at the craft store and painted them in shades of
white and gray, making them perfect to add
into Fall displays.
Coming
into the kitchen, I arranged my favorite
white mini
pumpkins in a row and added fresh, seasonal flowers and greenery on the black console table (details on the table can be found HERE and on the DIY windowpane mirror HERE).
And despite the allure of
pumpkins and the ballgowns and the woodland creatures helping me get dressed, all I really need is a wink, a scotch, and crisp
white sheets tucked around me,
into which to succumb to my jet lagged slumber.
White chocolate macadamia nut cookies don't get enough love so I threw some
pumpkin into the mix and topped them with the always popular sprinkle of sea salt.
I love the
white pumpkins, soft pinks fading
into the burnt oranges of fall.

I mad him Chicken / Salmon (boiled / streamed)(50 %) with carrot (10 %), potato / sweet potato (20 %)(my dog can not eat rice or grain as he has allergy),
pumpkin (10 %), small amount of leafy vegetable (5 - 10 %), and half egg
white, then I will sprinkle some enzyme and multivitamin
into his meal.
I put
white pumpkins out on my front porch and green if I can find them, but just can't get
into the traditional colors.
