I always tell myself we're going to drink our meat stock all day, every day on the GAPS
intro diet, yet it never seems to go that way.
Just so we're clear - this is dairy kefir, not water, which is not allowed on the GAPS
intro diet.
Creme fraiche, or sour or cultured cream, is a staple on the GAPS
intro diet, both for its health benefits and delightful and flavorful addition to soups and other foods.
After my latest stint with the GAPS
intro diet, though, my tastebuds are yet again changing.

Through people I'm following on twitter, I found Jordan and Steve and decided to order their book.The book has been great in helping me begin again with
the intro diet and ease back into the SCD.I've only started cooking in the last 6 months so I really appreciate the step - by - step directions for preparing food.
Before I went on
the intro diet I was weak, I was constantly on the toilet.

If you plan what you are going to eat for the few days you are on
the intro diet, it will be less overwhelming.
