different.
And in those accounts you're probably
investing in all kinds of
different things because you can choose from thousands of
different stocks, bonds, mutual funds, index funds, REITs, MLPs, and so
on.
Managers in this situation can consider holding back
on hiring too many superstars, but «another option is to
invest more in training team members how to coordinate effectively in
different situations.

Like you (but
