A fairly major leak underneath the garage foundation, and as we discovered recently (after quite a bit of money shelled
out), old
iron pipes that are slowly disintegrating (as old
pipes will do).
(sigh) first I need to hack up about $ 1500 for the «lead bend» aka the old cast
iron pipe welded / soldered w / lead that «let go» - which means ripping
out the upstairs potty & the kitchen soffitt which houses said «lead bend».
