ketosis & avoidance of wheat, etc., for ALL humans, saying that the brain & reproductive system function better when the body
is in ketosis, and that glycolysis
is actually the body's starvation
mode, which leads to brain fog & degradation of health
in the form of many common illnesses (particularly neuro - degenerative ones).

mode) with the help of our fatty snacks.
