Made these and they are really tasty, however I have one
issue with the recipe and that is the coconut doesn't stick to the nuts so you are left with a pile of candied nuts and pile of coconut.
So i was wondering if it would cause huge
issues with the recipe if i only used 1 - 1 1/2 c. of water instead of 2?
Other than my preference for vanilla I didn't experience
any issue with this recipe.
My biggest
issue with the recipe is that it is cauliflower with cheese sauce, not mac and cheese.

I always worry about altitude up here at 7500 ′ but it wasn't

I don't understand why — if people were having
issues with measurements — you wouldn't go back and edit the post instead of allowing people like me to follow an incorrect

The only
issue I have is the amount of medjool dates and the price associated

recipe is gluten - free but as everyone can suffer from the condition in different ways it's best to consult the ingredients
with them first as oats and buckwheat may still cause
issues.
I personally don't need to use it, but so many of my readers have
issues with gluten that I wanted to try and create some
recipes that they could enjoy without trying to convert anything.
I have made a few
recipes from this book and have not had any
issues with how they turned out.
