jarred alfredo sauce so I used the Fettuccine Alfredo from Cooking Light.
I now make something similar to this but the tomato sauce is my own recipe and it includes goat cheese and cream rather than
jarred alfredo sauce.

jar plus an extra cup from a second

Combine vegetables with 15 oz (1
jar if you use Classico) of light
alfredo sauce and mix thoroughly.
As much as I love homemade
alfredo sauce, the
jarred ones are really good and make for a quick and easy meal.
