jars myself of water kefir too!
My fridge is a mess, lots of fresh veggies, cheeses, organic raw milk,
jars of water kefir, kombucha and Jun tea, little containers of applesauce and fruit, and more.

of water to the
jar and slowly add in the 1/3
of water kefir.

The normal advice to «make sure to keep counters and floors clean and put food away so insects aren't attracted to your house,» doesn't works so well when you are fermenting

The simplest way to make
kefir soda is to use approximately one Alcoholic fermentation is the conversion
of quart
of mineral - rich
water, such as spring
water (a quart canning
jar size with about an inch left at the top), 4 to 6 tablespoons
of grains and 3 to 4 tablespoons sugar.
Strain out the
water kefir grains and refrigerate the liquid (no metal please), clean the mason
jar, and repeat the process for a new batch
of water kefir.
