The DSGs still suffer bouts of over enthusiasm and
jerkiness at low - speed, but they seem to be improving.
Except for
some jerkiness at low speeds and small throttle openings, the dual - clutch transmission is near flawless.

The car in not running smoothly
at normal driving RPM, if I accelerate more I don't fill the
jerkiness, which by the way is not continuous, but repeats regularly about avery 3 - 5 seconds, can be easily observed by driver and it is clearly more visible if the car is going up towards a hill.
The improvement in shift quality is most apparent on part throttle loads
at lower speeds, where the updated gearbox now engages taller ratios without the customary
jerkiness of the old model.
I often find myself starting the car, then thinking I forgot to shift out of neutral when I attempt to move forward or backward slowly
at parking - lot speed; you need to give it a surprising amount of throttle to get moving, and this can lead to the
jerkiness Stoy alluded to.
Even in Performance mode, there's a little
jerkiness to screen transitions
at times.
