This year we saw an important advance in NYC's spay / neuter efforts, when non-profit veterinary clinics at four APOs — the ASPCA, Animal Care & Control, Bide - A-Wee, and The Humane Society of New York —
joined the Maddie's Spay / Neuter Project in NYC.
