So here's the
thing about Daniel Libeskind, a prominent celebrity architect — two months ago he went to the Wall Street
Journal to complain at length
about the state
of the Cooper trustees.
While those who stand in denial
of climate change have failed in the last 15 years to produce a single, peer - reviewed scientific
journal article that challenges the theory and evidence
of human - induced climate change, mainstream media was, until very recently, covering the story (in more than half the cases, according to the academic researchers Boykoff and Boykoff) by quoting one scientist talking
about the risks and one purported expert saying that climate change was not happening — or might actually be a good
thing.
It's a surprising
thing for a Chair
of Cognitive Psychology at University
of Bristol and a Professor
of Biogeochemistry, Director
of the Cabot Institute at University
of Bristol to admit
about debates
about climate science, in a non peer - reviewed
journal such as the Nonversation.
So Wolfgang Whatever woke up one bright summer morning and in a fit
of unsound mind spontaneously decided to resign because somebody on a blog had said a nasty
thing about a paper published in his
journal??

The effect was to let the public be deluded
about such
things, by those who hoped that the public would rise up and demand politicial action, while the climate scientists could comfortably sit back, let the wild claims appear to be part
of their famously «settled» science, knowing that if the «predictions» failed, they could point to their refereed
journal papers that made no such explicit claims, or at least none with claimed certainty, thus achieving sensational scare stories but with plausible deniability.
Of course this was a hot thing about two months ago when Science published a paper showing that only 39 of 100 experiments published in hot psych journals could be replicat

There are more than a few studies showing that when people keep a
journal of what they're grateful for, positive benefits follow — from greater well - being and more optimistic feelings
about the future to exercising more, among other positive
things.
There must be loads
of things that never happened, aren't happening and won't happen in the future that can be written
about in learned
journals — or even in «Nature» and it's many spawn.
Known to post unflattering
things about lawyers, all
of who pay an ABA membership fee and receive the ABA
Journal, seems a likely cause to be dumped.
One
of the
things I enjoyed most
about the library was browsing the floors
of stacks and the endless ranges
of law
journals through which I could walk.
And then, so you see my blog there and then in the ABA Survey when they talk
about what people learn from
things, like, one
of the big sources
of the ABA
Journal were I've written a tech column for years, and so, I unfairly like to add those numbers together and look at what a large percentage
of people are learning
about legal technology for me, and then Tom,
of course corrects my analysis
of those numbers.
For one
thing, I found a few explanations
of how the tests work when professionals perform it, and they let patients lie quietly for
about 10 minutes before administering it (at least for
journal studies).

About Blog A
Journal of Musical
Things is a music blog that filters what's happening in music and music technology to save you time, money and effort.
About Blog Jotwell, the
Journal of Things We Like (Lots), is intended to provide a space where legal scholars from various specializations can go to identify and celebrate the latest work
of their colleagues.
If I write my blog for myself, as a little
journal of the good and the bad
things in my life ~ the
things that make me ME ~ and to not worry
about whether people are judging me, then that's good enough for me.
