Why do you act so surprised... christians don't celebrate islamic holidays, after all... and much more than 1 % of the country practices judaism and islam... sounds like you need to re-do your research.
You might notice cultures that live near mountains / volcanoes have their own set of myths that include why a natural disaster like a volcanic eruption would befall them, vs. christianity / judaism that makes no mention of volcanic activity because that culture didn't have to deal with it.
There are also sects of judaism that are messianic in nature but don't believe in the triune god or the sacrifical aspect like christianity.

People have been asking that question for thousands of years and yet a simple «yes» doesn't really answer it, again, you can go on and keep on believing, I on the other hand have not found sufficient reason for me to believe in judaism.
I wouldn't expect you to be able to understand judaism from an outsiders point of view, the same way I will never understand christianity for the same reason, just know Chad that trying to explain my own religion to me through the lens of yours doesn't really make sense and just seems foolish.
