Former Attorney General and Minister of Justice Martin Alamisi Amidu has pointed out that the only constitutional means for Ghanaians to retrieve the GH cents 51.2 million
judgement debt from businessman Alfred Agbesi Woyome is to vote the current government out on December 7, 2016.

from you by getting a
judgement in court.
This doesn't mean you will be going to jail if you don't pay your
debts, but what will happen is the collection agency will obtain a
judgement from the court which gives them the ability to seize assets or garish wages.
I.e., what did the declaratory
judgement gain that you couldn't get
from a simple declaration by yourself that the alleged
debt is invalid?
