The function of absolute

We would suggest that the
Judicial Immunity Doctrine can co-exist
with the KBA discipline process.
We feel confident that the Supreme Court will proceed
with caution and will carefully consider what a destruction of the
judicial immunity rule will mean to other judges and to the continued existence of the JCC.
More importantly, if the KBA can sanction a
