Chief Judge Jonathan Lippman has proposed trimming
the judiciary budget by $ 100 million after being called out by Cuomo.

the judiciary budget in the 2017 fiscal year which we are committed to sustaining
He noted that Lippman put $ 55 million in this year's
judiciary budget to help support legal services while judicial officials have taken steps to increase pro bono work by lawyers.
Other duties of the Court Administrator's Office are scheduling courtrooms, developing and maintaining
the judiciary budgets, and handling all ADA accessibility concerns for the court.
