the juice changes the texture of the fish so that appears to have been cooked.

changes I'll make going forward: Goya's chickpeas, 1/4 c tahini instead of 1/2 c, 1/4 c or more lemon
juice, maybe a little olive oil for
texture.
Some people skip the lemon
juice because it

texture of the sauce a little bit but in my opinion the flavor more than makes up for the visual difference.
(You wouldn't necessarily add these supplements to a glass of
