juice in place of white wine before, but that was in concert with tomatoes — if you want the slight vinegar taste, rather than a sweet tang, perhaps add a few drops of white wine vinegar.
It's best to
use freshly squeezed

I've
used McCormick lemon pepper in the
recipe here because it contains lemon
juice solids that help duplicate the taste of the sodium citrate and citric acid in the real thing.
Since tangerine
