The juice will stay fresh for three days (if bottled correctly) because a press juicer doesn't oxidize the phytonutrients in your juice.
Don't worry about how pretty it looks, you don't have to core apples or peel carrots before you juice them,

that is very unfortunate, possibly your juicer doesn't leave the pulp as dry as mine and that could be a reason why yours might have more moisture.

This is a single gear juicer, which juices leafy greens really well, which is one thing that the more common and generally less expensive centrifugal
juicer do not do so well.
Something like unscrewing the bottom of a vegetable juicer you don't use, putting a bag of silver in there, and screwing the bottom back on.
We basically just stuffed everything in, in no specific order, and let
the juicer do the work.

I went on a raw food course about 5/6 years ago and they used a masticating
juicer which they said gave optimum nutrition as it gently juiced rather than breaking everything down at cellular level and destroying some of the enzymes through heat, but I know there are also
juicers that
do cold pressed juices.
Not only
does this mean that it can juice leafy greens a little more easily, but it also means that the juice will last much longer because less oxidization occurs as a result of the heat from a centrifugal
juicer.
Although, I
do make smoothies in the morning to have mid-morning at work as it's easier to clean than the
juicer in the morning when you leave as little time as me in the mornings!

The need for all is that they all
do different things, the
juicer makes juices which you can't
do in any other machines, the blender makes smoothies and the processor makes hummus, nut butter, crushes nut and date mixes etc

juicer and my Ninja blender is great but if I add an apple to my smootie it leaves a gritty texture.
It has 3 feeding tubes, they're all pretty small so you
do have to spend a little more time chopping ingredients than with any of the centrifugal
juicers but I
do think it makes great juice, especially for making something like a ginger shot!

I don't have a
juicer either so to add the ginger (& a tad more smugness) I thought I'd grate the ginger into mine.
You can simply use a Blendtec blender or equivalent if you
do not have a
juicer.
If you don't have a
juicer then you can put the cucumber and celery into a blender first with a little water, blend them until a smooth liquid forms and then strain the liquid before pouring it into the blender again with the remaining ingredients.
It's not a problem at all not to have a fancy
juicer, to make these smoothies all you need is a really basic blender — you can just buy a cheap one in a supermarket for # 20 and it will
do everything you need for smoothie recipes!

i often make a carrot apple ginger juice with the
juicer, i think i will use the remaining pulp next time for this (instead of making oatmeal with it, or stuffing my face because i don't want to throw it away with my beetroot pulp i made amazing falafels the other day!
So, imagine my dismay when I say all that pulp in the catcher of my
juicer and had no idea what to
do with it.

Without a
juicer, I wanted to prove that making apple cider would still be simple, easy, and that anyone could
do it (yes, that means you).
I've easily become a pro, because you know only a couple of days can
do that to you (not really) but I have been making this juice on the regular and wanted to share it with you guys incase you've got a
juicer and are looking for a new recipe fillllllled with goodness!
And the feeling is exasperated by the fact that I don't have the best
juicer in the world, so there's still some moisture (and nutrients) left in all that fiber - filled pulp.
This recipe also doesn't need any specialist equipment, all you'll need is a lemon
juicer and zester / grater for zesting the lemons, a large saucepan and a spoon for stirring.
I have never tried this so I can't personally recommend it or tell you how it compares, but it might be an option if you don't have a
juicer.
