I add the bones to the pot and boil for 2 hours and then take a batch of
juicer pulp (which I have frozen) and add that to it for the last two hours.
If you do not have
juicer pulp, shredded or ground carrots (using a food processor) will also work.

Despite your problems with masticating
juicers, I find mine extremely easy to clean, it produces very little
pulp and it is the same size as my old centrifugal.
Plus there's no
pulp waste at all and the vitamix is a million times easier to clean than a
juicer.
(i might have to play a bit with the amount of dry ingredients because the
pulp from the
juicer is a bit drier than the whole apple + carrots).
i often make a carrot apple ginger juice with the
juicer, i think i will use the remaining
pulp next time for this (instead of making oatmeal with it, or stuffing my face because i don't want to throw it away with my beetroot

pulp, which is the base of this recipe, you can grind up dry almonds in a blender (this works well in a high speed blender, but I have not tried in a home blender) or grind soaked almonds in a single gear
juicer with a blank screen attachment.

juicer is different than a blender and actually extracts the juices from the produce and discards the
