I'm also going to add a little note here that you will indeed need a spiraliser or
julienne peeler for the courgette spaghetti — you could make courgette slices if you don't have these to hand, however.
Also, I use
a julienne peeler for the zucchini, but if you have a spiralizer, you can probably get away with 3 zucchinis since it better utilizes the seedier inner part of the vegetable.
