on top of all this other things I'm doing and so I knew that I was not in a position to hire someone else to work for me as an associate at this point, I wasn't ready to make that
jump, and he was willing to come in and make an investment into the front end, getting it launched, getting the advertising done, and doing more of the cases, more of the legwork
on it, so it was an attractive situation for both of us because he wasn't going to be able to develop it himself and
