On the positive side, the game's lush
jungle environments give it a different feel than other first person shooters on the market.

environments contain enough foliage to
give the game a realistic
jungle feel and the textures on rocks and trees are high detailed.
The
environments where you fight are also quite detailed and
give the player a variety of arenas to fight in from
jungles to cities.

gives you a very good sampling of what this country is about from the cities and towns to the mountain to the
jungle to the lake
environments and the peoples and wildlife which make them home.
The path you are to follow is linear but the use of rock head high
give a good illusion and the LUSH
environment in the distance keep a sense of scale (all of the island is rendered in real time, so there is no noticeable pop - in) After proceeding through the cave, there is a beach and lush
jungle.
While it may not be the most original,
given that the series has been reborn, it would be great to see what they can do with more lush
jungle environments.
The game took the simple concept of a
jungle venturing relic hunter from classics like Pitfall and
gave it the thrills and dangers of an Indiana Jones movie by expanding its universe and creating levels with an enthralling 3D
environment.
The depopulation of the
environment allows for the ambient natural elements to sort of take over from whatever else is going on and
gives the player a sense of vastness that so many open world games squander in urban
jungles when real
jungles — or in this case the mostly temperate plains and prairies — are what they should truly showcase.
