This year I've decided that instead of getting lost in the crazy
junk food holiday madness, I'm going to use the next month as a time to treat my body right.

We didn't address the huge amounts of
junk food often served at school
holiday and birthday parties, but that's a classroom issue, too.
Make it a point that sweets and other
junk food are only for certain
holidays, including Halloween and Christmas.
I originally thought this was a good thing, not realizing that the

food and that they'd literally put up a sign - up list requesting a lot of
