Customer services was unable to help, passed me between 4 different representatives who had no idea what had been discussed with the previous ones, ignored half of what I told them, seemed to have no technical knowledge
about the

just kept repeating solutions from their troubleshooting guide which I had to keep telling them I couldn't perform because the device was stuck on the loading screen.
The great thing
about Manybooks is that they have
just about every format you could ever need, formatted for mobile devices and

just bought a protective sleeve for it 2 days ago and now it does not work wondering if it has any thing to do with the magnet that keeps case close although this was purchased at a Border store for the Kobo.
