You can save your hair from the blow dryer by air drying at night and curling or straightening your already - dry hair in the morning, or simply do your hair before bed and sleep on it for a slightly more lived - in look —
just add a little texture spray in the morning and you're done.

The
texture is much more interesting as the buckwheat grouts
add a really nice crunch, there are still oats in the mix, but there's
just a
little more going on in between them.
Apples can be a bit weird
texture wise when smoothied so I think I would leave those out and
just blend the pear, avocado and spinach with a

I also find that couscous is a lot bigger in
texture than quinoa and could make the burgers fall apart — for that reason, i would recommend
adding the couscous to the food processor at the end when your chickpeas are ground up and
just give them a
little processing together with the chickpeas.

added a handful of shredded coconut to the dough because it seemed a
